One of the most important moments in our movement’s history will be celebrated in just a few weeks’ time: the 90th anniversary of the Battle of Cable Street.
On 4 October 1936, 250,000 antifascists blocked the way to Oswald Mosley's Black Shirts. On Sunday 4 October 2026, the 90th anniversary of the Battle of Cable Street, we celebrate their victory and the unity of our diverse communities. Always antifascist!
