Coventry and Warwickshire branch of the Communist Party laid a wreath laid at 2025 International Workers Memorial Day in Coventry.
The event was held in the ruins of the old Coventry Cathedral.

The theme for this year is Occupational heath and safely: A fundamental right at work. There is an additional focus on the Impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and digitisation on occupational health and Safety.

Cuba Solidarity Campaign meeting held on Wed March 25th 2025
On March 25th Cuba Solidarity Campaign (CSC) National Secretary, Bernard Regan, was the keynote speaker at Coventry and Warwickshire CSC meeting.
The focus for the meeting was Cuba’s support for the struggle by the Palestinian people. The background and history of the Cuban people’s support for the Palestinians was explored by Bernard in his well-received presentation.

There is a long history of friendship between the Cuban and Palestinian people and mutual support for each other's struggles for independence and sovereignty.
The speaker is Bernard Regan, National Secretary Cuba Solidarity Campaign.
Members of Coventry and Warwickshire Communist Party were joined by comrades from Birmingham, Stoke and Leicester at the counter-demonstration against the fascist Britain First.

I was out with comrades from Coventry and Warwickshire Communist Party branch on Saturday in Coventry city centre campaigning about the housing crisis.
